About Kay Rose

My professional background is in Human Resources, Organisation Development and Management Development.

I have worked within a wide variety of organisations, large and small, public and private, city and industry, both as an employee and as a consultant in the UK and in the USA . Previous positions include HR Manager within the telecoms industry and Management Consultant with Deloitte Haskins and Sells.

I have a degree in Human Sciences, MA (Hons)Oxon, and am a graduate of CoachU - a virtual ‘university’ that trains coaches.

I am a Member of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) and the ICF (International Coach Federation)

I am married with three children and manage a very active household.

Currently I work from home, a mixture of coaching, workshop design & facilitation and speaking.
