A number of people visiting the site have requested client profiles to give them a better idea of what to expect from coaching. So here are a few. They are based on actual clients that I have worked with and have been kept general, quite deliberately, to protect client confidentiality.

A marketing professional in the financial services sector who had an opportunity to take voluntary redundancy. We worked together to identify the type of work environment that enabled her to be at her best, identifying her values, needs, natural work patterns and longer term goals for work/life balance. She has now set up a consultancy business with a partner. It’s early days and looking good.

An overstretched mother with 3 young children who wanted to explore alternative work patterns. We explored her motivation and need for intellectual stimulation. As a result she reduced her work, focusing only on the type of work and client that she enjoyed, organized additional help at home and invested more time in the leisure activities that brought her joy.

A successful artist who had lost sight of his creativity and the will to paint. We worked together to re-discover his passion and to find better ways to handle commissioned work and the business aspects of the production of paintings. The result, a steadier stream of income and time and space for new projects.
