About Coaching
Coaching is proactive and forward
looking.
You are ready for coaching if:
- You feel you are ready to take responsibility
for your life.
- there is something you would
like to be different. The “what” doesn’t
really matter. It could be your work, a relationship,
your environment, finances, your health or something
completely different.
- you are open to new perspectives and willing
to learn from the coaching process.
- you are not aware of major ‘baggage’ from
the past that might impede your progress (this
may be dealt with more appropriately through therapy
or counseling).
- you are prepared to experiment and take action.

Every client is unique, together we
work out the best approach for you. Most clients
opt for telephone coaching as this is the most convenient.
It is also very effective. Typically clients start
with a weekly telephone call which lasts for about
45 minutes, moving to 2 weekly calls as the coaching
progresses.
